Adoption Assistance

Interested in adoption? You may be eligible for adoption assistance! Michaels will reimburse you up to $5,000 per adoption to help cover adoption fees, attorney fees, court costs, travel expenses, medical fees (for the child) and temporary foster care. To apply, you must meet all criteria outlined in the policy and complete the necessary form within six months of the finalization of the adoption. Tuition Assistance

Michaels offers tuition assistance to help you pay a portion of the cost for your college tuition or language programs for professional and personal development.

Most Team Members are eligible to receive up to $2,000 per year in assistance. To apply, you must meet all criteria outlined in the policy, complete the necessary form and obtain written approval from your Supervisor. Team Member Discount Card

The Michaels Team Member Discount card offers you and your immediate family 30% off regular- and sale-priced items at all Michaels stores, and 65% off all custom framing (40% off in Quebec). You will receive your discount card from your Supervisor — just present it when purchasing items to benefit from the savings! Be sure and use your Team Member Discount Card when planning your next craft activity.
